"At C-Life, we're committed to developing leaders in Cameroon-Africa who lead with Christian values in the marketplace. Take Lynda Gariba, for instance, whose story below highlights the impact of our work. Your support fuels these transformative journeys."
Reason #1: Empowering Leadership in Africa
“C-LIFE helped to unlock my hidden potentials and gave me the tools I needed to maximize my personal, family, and career goals.
I am a teacher by profession, who now enjoys teaching. I have become a reliable resource at work because of how I apply servant leadership to my profession. I have created in my school a Servant Leadership club, where I am leading to raise up leaders for today and tomorrow. I am not a wonderer anymore, but I live a life of purpose and fulfillment, thanks to the training I received from C-Life. Thank you C-life! " |
"C-Life is devoted to cultivating marketplace leaders in Cameroon-Africa, emphasizing integrity and professional excellence for God's glory. Despite the presence of numerous Churches, Cameroon's reputation for corruption persists. Stories such as Tata Evans' inspire us to continue our God-led mission."
Reason #2: Raising Ethical Leadership
Following his training at C-Life, Evans swiftly found employment in Douala, a major city in Cameroon. However, he chose to resign when the position clashed with his Christian principles.
We proudly welcomed him to the C-Life team and he has been a key staff member for almost five years. He plays an active role in advancing our training programs and diligently supports our growing alumni community. |

We all know it means to battle loss. It usually brings to mind 2 Corinthians 1:3-5, which speaks of the Lord's comfort in our times of need and He empowers us to comfort others.
At C-Life, we've been blessed to extend such comfort to many young people facing despair, manipulation, or simply the weight of life's challenges. Among them is Ruth Takang, whose journey with us reveals the healing power of God's love.

Reason #3: Bringing life in the midst of brokenness
"The 4 months I have spent at C-Life were a time of deep healing. Broken from a failed engagement and struggling with my faith and identity, C-Life's servant leadership module helped me rediscover my worth. Throughout the training, I gradually found my strength again. Now, a year on, I stand strong, filled with faith, and walk confidently in my gifts. C-Life didn't just educate me; it transformed my life. It's more than a program-it's a lifestyle!"

In Cameroon-Africa, integrating faith in the workplace is very uncommon. The notion that diligent work can act as a form of worship to God is unfamiliar to so many.
That is why Sergius' story is a beacon of hope. It's incredible to witness how God is using C-Life in reshaping the entrenched mediocrity in the professional space in Cameroon. Learn about Sergius' transformation and find inspiration.

Reason #4: Faith at Work
Sergius, with great personal sacrifice, relocated from Northern Cameroon (Garoua) to join C-Life's Leadership training in Yaounde. This bold step paid off.
Post-training, he secured a job as Public Relations Director at an international university back in his home town. He recently shared, “C-Life's impact is clear in my work; my boss and colleagues are impressed by my excellence.” We're shaping Cameroon's future, one leader at a time. |
Reason #5: Lifestyle change possible thru' small-groups

At C-Life, we passionately pursue lifestyle transformation through our leadership and career development training, rooted in authentic Christian community. Fellows are grouped into 'Life groups' for supportive, real-world learning. Like we like to say at C-Life, C-Life: it's a lifestyle!
Melvis' story captures this spirit beautifully. In her classroom, she's woven Life groups and servant leadership into the fabric of education, inspiring her students to embrace ownership and growth. It's a testament to the power of community in shaping lives. |
Reason #6: One Unwavering Focus:
